Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor return and exchange policy for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer. Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you, meaning new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at LovelylacedHair@gmail.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and authorization number and proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Not the style you were looking for and want to exchange to something else? No problem! Simply email customer service at LovelylacedHair@gmail.com with order number and what you would like to exchange your previous purchase for. Next you will receive a email confirmation number, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with authorization number, proof of purchase, and mail to address listed above.
As stated in the Return Policy hair must be in original condition, any hair received that does not have a tag, is worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
Please note we do no refund shipping cost.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items (lashes)
- Items discounted 50% or more
For defective or damaged products, please email us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $350.00.
- For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.
